After reading four positive reviews on the website, we decided to order the Elma pendant light for our newly renovated home, opting for express delivery as well. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed when it arrived, as the product does not look the same as shown in the pictures.
The light we received has three separate strings attached to the ceiling, whereas the website photos clearly show a single solid black cord. When we enquired, we were told the images were of custom orders and that only the standard version is now being sold.
We had been very excited to install this light in our home, but now we are unsure if we will even use it, as it does not look aesthetically pleasing. While we appreciate the seller’s prompt response (hence the 3 stars), we are extremely disappointed with the product quality and design—especially for a SGD 300 light.
Wanted to get 3 of this light for my kitchen area but was recommended to get 2 instead for my table length. Thank you for giving me professional advices and being genuine with your customer. I was surprised they did not hard sell me into getting more lights. Thank you!
Had a hard time deciding whether to get zucca or this light for my dining table. Am glad I decided to go with elma. It balance out the wooden furniture and blends in with the kitchen area.
Got the amber large size for my mini dining area. I love how it gives off a chill and cozy vibe.
